Privacy policy
Last updated 25 July 2026
This policy describes what personal information this website collects, and what Atlas Systems Limited does with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no forms and no trackers we operate ourselves. We collect two things:
Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, anything you choose to tell us, and the usual technical details attached to email. We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Basic traffic information. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs and aggregate analytics — pages requested, approximate region, browser type. We use this to understand whether the site works and roughly how it is used. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that operate our email and hosting, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or to a business relationship, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained on our provider’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond.
Changes
If our data practices change — for example, if we introduce a contact form or additional analytics — this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.
